What Are 3 Things You’re Grateful For?

This is a question that Jenny and I have begun asking each other on a semi-regular basis.
Why?
Like taking a deep breath is a great way to refresh your mind and body, answering this question is a great way to refresh your attitude and perspective - a small win to start your day on the right note any time you want to.
Take 2 minutes in the morning shortly after you wake up each day this week and ask yourself or your partner this question.
My 3 things I’m grateful for today (and most days):
I’m thankful for the fact that I’m lucky enough to have a wonderful family that supports me, loves me and whom I enjoy spending time with.
I’m thankful for the friends and co-workers that I have and that they are such engaging people, with great personalities, a good outlook on life and fun to be around.
I’m thankful for the fact that I’m relatively healthy. I can do the things I want to do, when I want to. I can move on my own and exercise freely. My body feels good most days and I truly value that.
